Gentle Rollover Bin Tipper for tipping and dosing produce from large bins up to 2,000 kg in weight
General Information:
The Rollover Bin Tipper gently unloads produce from large agricultural field bins.
Bins enter the machine via forklift or automated bin conveyor system, are clamped securely in place by an actuated lid, then rotated with the ring frame mechanism. The bins are then driven forward at an upward angle, gradually revealing the top lip of each bin and allowing produce to unload onto the proceeding conveyor.
Through careful speed control, the rate at which produce exits bins can be set.
