    General Information:

The Robotic Wet Bin Tipper is typically used for unloading produce bins into a water flume system. The robotic head runs on either a 2-axis or 3-axis gantry system which is fully configurable to a customer's needs.

Stacks of bins are delivered to the system via forklift or chaintrack conveyor. The robotic head clasps the top bin in the stack, transports to the dump tank, and runs through a carefully controlled motion to gently unload produce while minimising water disturbance. The robotic head then stacks empty bins, which are removed from the system by forklift, chain track or pneumatic pusher.

This system is fully configurable to accommodate any number of full and empty bin stacks, stacks of various heights, and different physical layouts.

The Robotic Wet Bin Tipper is capable of handling non-floating produce such as pears, due to its ability to fully tip bins and the option for a moveable floor in the dump tank.
