The annual PMA Fresh Summit Convention and Expo is kicking off next month in Orlando, Florida, and Wyma Solutions will be among the 1,200 exhibitors, across over 320,000 square feet of exhibition space. The Summit is a major event in the calendar spanning the global fresh product and floral supply chain industry, and where you’ll find everyone across this dynamic industry.
The Expo gets underway on October 19 and will run for two days. Wyma is exhibiting from Booth 3643 at the event’s largest ever expo on record, where our Territory Manager from The Americas, Stuart Oldham will be on hand to talk over our range of post-harvest equipment and solutions.
Wyma is a global company, exporting 97% of the equipment we manufacture, and we have people you can talk to with broad and deep expertise across a range of industries, locations and applications. It’s also a great opportunity for us to engage with other industry providers, allowing for a wider perspective on customers’ needs and how we can provide the most innovative and effective solutions now and in the future.
We’re excited to see the latest initiatives and developments from our colleagues in the industry, and to discuss recent news and stories. The event includes inspiring keynotes from the likes of former NFL star Peyton Manning, PMA CEO Cathy Burns, Wired Magazine Editor-in-Chief Greg Williams and actor and musician Lesli Odom Jr.
Volm partnership and joint offering
You might recall that in August last year, we announced a formal strategic partnership with Volm Companies, the leading North American supplier of fresh produce packaging and equipment automation solutions. We’ve being working with Volm for over 10 years now, with the partnership enabling us to further increase our global exposure, showcase our combined capabilities, and ultimately provide our customers the option to work with a world-class turn-key solution provider.
Volm will be at the PMA Fresh Summit Expo as a co-exhibitor alongside us at Booth 3643, as well as enjoying an early 5K run with us at the Race for Talent on the Friday morning – raising funds towards the future development of talent across the industry.
