Stainless Steel and Mild Steel Fabricators

A number of opportunities exist for stainless steel and mild steel fabricators. We are looking for the right persons to complement our manufacturing team.

These roles include the following duties:
- Read and interpret plans and layouts, assemble and weld
- Liaise with Workshop Manager and Design Engineers re. issues, ideas and queries
- Measure, mark out, cut and fold, layout, position, align anf fit components together
- Set up equipment and complete final welding of components using a variety of welding equipment
- Present finished product without grind marks, splatter, dents and other such marks that detract from anything but a perfect clean finish

In order to be considered, you will need to:
- Have suitable experience in the above mentioned duties
- Be reliable and hard working
- Have good communication skills
- Be allowed to work legally in New Zealand

If you have a friendly, helpful attitude, are able to work efficiently to tight deadlines, and have a mind for technology and engineering then this is a challenging role in which you can further develop your skills.
