Turntable Pallet Wrapper

Description

The turntable wrapping machine consists of a 360 degrees rotating platform with a pallet placed on top. As the pallet rotates, a plastic or net film is wrapped around it via a dispenser arm moving up and down. This wrapping system is a cost-effective solution to wrapping pallets and is recommended for applications where space is limited as it has a small footprint.  

In a Symach palletising system, the turntable machine is placed in between two out-feed conveyors. Once the pallet exits the stacking cage, it travels along the roller conveyor system and comes to a halt on the rotating platform. The rotary arm then wraps a net or plastic film around the pallet to secure it and protect its load during storage and transport. 

The system can be semi-automatic and hence would require human intervention to start the machine and attach the film to the pallet and cut it at the end of the wrapping cycle. The automatic system handles the entire wrapping cycle without any need for labour.
