The Wyma Super Tip Bin Tipper empties bins of various sizes into a dry or wet tank or hopper.

The manual Bin Tipper is forklift operated whereas the hydraulic Bin Tipper is fully automated via electrical control panel or remote control.

The Wyma Wet Hopper allows potatoes to be quickly tipped from a bin, truck or other device into a water-filled tank without fear of damage.

The Wet Hopper acts as a pre-soak and dirt/rubbish collection facility. It also provides an even-flow to the rest of the processing line.

The Wyma Flume Destoner removes stones and clods from potatoes, to prevent damage to equipment and produce further down the processing line. It has an efficient water re-circulation system. Water can be pumped via an existing equipment tank such as a Wyma Vege-Polisher™ or Barrel Washer, via a separate tank or an integrated water tank.

The Wyma Barrel Washer gently washes potatoes while also removing soil and small stones. It has a perforated drum, and allows produce to run partially or fully submerged during the washing process.

The Barrel Washer can be supplied with out-feed scoops or a submerged out-feed elevator.

The Wyma Vege-Polisher^TM considerably improves the appearance of potatoes, resulting in a greater percentage of packed premium produce and an increased presence on retailers' shelves.

Wyma's Inspection Conveyor transports potatoes, allowing them to be visually scanned for imperfections and to be sorted accordingly.

For harsher conditions, a Wyma Web Conveyor offers a better tolerance to dirt and clods and allows debris and water to fall through the bars.

The Wyma Rotary Brush Filter Screen removes vegetable matter, debris & dirt from the water used in the Vege-Polisher^TM so that it can be re-used.

Wyma can supply filters, centrifuges and separators as integrated water recycling systems for potato wash lines.

The Wyma Absorbent Drying Rollers remove excess moisture from round and clean produce. They can be built with latex sponge or synthetic felt.

This drying process reduces the risk of bacterial growth, disease initiation and produce degradation.

The Wyma Roller Inspection Table conveys potatoes via rollers in a continuous process. This allows for produce to be visually scanned for imperfections and sorted accordingly. The Roller Inspection Table is manufactured with blue rollers for better colour contrast when inspecting produce.

The Wyma Lift Roller Sizer accurately separates potatoes into multiple sizes. It is simple to operate, virtually maintenance free and can be integrated into an existing potato wash line.

Plastic scalloped or stainless steel rollers can be used with potatoes.

The Wyma Evenflow Hopper is a conveying and storage device that ensures on-demand supply and buffer storage for baggers. The rear of the hopper is lowered as produce is introduced, and is raised as produce is removed. Consequently, the line maintains an even speed and minimises operating interruptions.

Wyma’s Vertical Bag/Bin Filler provides a gentle filling of potato bins or bags. Placed vertically, the in-feed conveyor has finger cleats to smoothly transport the potatoes at the bottom of the bin or bag. As it fills, the in-feed conveyor slowly adjusts to maintain minimal distance between its end point and the potatoes at the bottom.
